What is the Best Way to Lose Body Fat ?

Losing Body fat is easy. Doing it the right way takes just a bit of knowledge though. Many programs start you off losing water weight - this is not actual fat loss.

Other programs help you lose fat but at the cost of muscle. Again not a great choice.

The ideal way to lose body fat is by increasing protein and exercise. In this way you lose fat while increasing muscle tone. Your clothes will begin to fit better and you will see some definition in your body that was not there before.

There are several Lose Body Fat Diets out there and choosing one will depend on your personal goals. As a woman, my goal has always been to lose weight, and tone up without bulking up. Perhaps you feel the same?
